A little intro on affiliate marketing

Affiliate marketing is not what you think it is. It is completely different from what people promote on the net.

Take my word...when you see people trying to tell you that they are making money on the first day...Don't believe it. It cannot be true.

It took me 2 years to understand what it really it. It's not easy...that you create a website or blog and post something on a picture of some product and people will buy it.

It never happens. The power is in your writing. Let me give you a basic idea on how affiliate marketing works. Let's say you have a website or a blog. The website can be on anything.

Could be on any topic of your choice. Build at least 15-20 pages. Once you are done. Promote something related to your topic.

For example your website/blog is on "QUIT SMOKING". First of all write some tips on how people can get rid of that addiction. You can also add things such as why people start smoking and how it turns it into an addiction, etc.

Write some valuable content, something that people would love to know. Once you think you have build 15-20 pages, then you can start promoting something related to this topic.

Once again, don't try to sell something to your visitors. Instead give a review on that particular product. Don't promote 1000 products. I would suggest you to promote maximum of 4 products.

In that way, your visitors know that you are not lying to them. As building credibility is really important in any business.
